Kids yoga classes will be available from 4th January 2015.

This fun yoga class with our yoga teacher Diana caters for children (from 6 weeks to 13)  incorporates s basic yoga exercises designed to assist children develop their overall core fitness, flexibility, coordination and sense of balance. Yoga can also help  children develop improved concentration, body-awareness and overall self-confidence. Other important potential benefits for young children with the regular practice of yoga can include: better sleeping patterns, improved digestion, strengthening of both fine and gross motor skills, and an improved ability to self-sooth in times of stress. So get your kids along to this great class and watch them get some kiddy zen while working on improving their general health and sense of well-being at the same time!!

Holiday Yoga Class time

6 weeks to 5 years: Monday 9:00am – 10:00am (Starting January 4th)

5 – 13 years: 11:00am – 12:00pm
